For 2/19/23 Styled Session at Medicine Park, OK
Here are the details:
Exact location address will be sent out via text message a week before the styled session date. Session will take place in Medicine Park, OK.
Please arrive at 3:30pm on Feb 19th. Session will end around sunset - 6:30 pm.
There are no rest rooms on site!
Bathroom breaks can be taken in Medicine Park at the public restrooms.

All Photographers Must Agree to The Terms and Conditions
Terms:
1. Each PHOTOGRAPHER shall own the copyright in all images they create and shall have exclusive right to make reproductions for marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions, use for display on websites or in studios. Alterations of original images by anyone other that the PHOTOGRAPHER is strictly prohibited. Additional editing requests are not required to be fulfilled.
2. All VENDORS and LEAD PHOTOGRAPHERS participating in styled sessions are to be properly credited and tagged on any publications and social media posting with any images from this session.
3. Planners and Coordinators involved with session planning/ coordinating will be indemnified by participant PHOTOGRAPHERS and will keep it harmless from and against all losses and claims, proceedings, action for damages, compensation, expenses, losses, legal costs (on an indemnity basis), contribution, or any other legal, equitable or statutory remedy arising from or in connection with this agreement.
4. Payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. All payments made will be forfeited and released unconditionally.
